Registration & Account

Creating a nova88mas account is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Click the button Register at the top of the page, then fill in basic details such as your preferred username, password, and an active Malaysian phone number. Verify your account via the OTP code sent to that phone number. Once verified, your account is immediately active and you are eligible to claim the exclusive welcome bonus for new members.

The minimum age to register and play at nova88mas is 18 years old. This is a strict policy we fully uphold to ensure our platform is used responsibly. Nova88mas practices responsible gaming and reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the minimum age will be closed immediately without notice.

No, each individual is only permitted to hold one nova88mas account. Owning more than one account is a violation of our terms of service. If two or more accounts are detected as belonging to the same individual based on personal information, IP address, or device data, all such accounts will be suspended and any balances within them may be forfeited. If you are experiencing issues with your existing account, please contact our customer support for assistance.

To change your password, log in to your nova88mas account and go to the account settings or profile section. Select the "Change Password" option, enter your current password, then type and confirm your new password. We recommend using a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. If you have forgotten your password, use the reset function via your registered phone number.
Deposits & Withdrawals

nova88mas accepts a wide range of deposit methods popular in Malaysia, including online bank transfers (FPX), digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, as well as over-the-counter bank and ATM deposits. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels. Deposits are typically processed within minutes. For more details on minimum and maximum deposit limits, visit the Deposit page.

Withdrawal requests at nova88mas are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the withdrawal method and the time the request is submitted. For VIP members, withdrawals are processed with higher priority and may be completed in a shorter timeframe. Please ensure the bank account you have registered is in your own name, matching your nova88mas account details, to avoid any processing delays.

Yes, nova88mas sets minimum and maximum limits for each transaction to ensure the financial security of all members. The minimum deposit starts from RM20, while the minimum withdrawal is RM50. Maximum limits vary by membership tier and payment method — VIP members enjoy higher transaction limits. All limits can be reviewed in detail on the Deposit.

Withdrawal requests may be declined for several reasons: bonus wagering requirements have not been met, bank account details do not match your profile information, the daily withdrawal limit has been reached, or there is a pending security review. Check your withdrawal status under the transaction history section in your nova88mas account. If you are still unsure why your request was declined, contact our support team via Live Chat for further clarification.

Wagering requirements apply before you can withdraw the bonus value.

Every bonus at nova88mas carries different wagering (rollover) requirements depending on the type of promotion. Generally, you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before a withdrawal is permitted. The full terms for each promotion are clearly stated in the respective promotion's terms and conditions. We recommend reading the terms of each promotion before claiming it to ensure you understand the requirements.

Yes, the nova88mas weekly cashback program is open to all active members regardless of membership tier. The cashback percentage you receive is based on your wagering activity throughout the week. VIP members enjoy higher cashback rates compared to regular members. Cashback is credited automatically every Monday to your account and can be used directly for gaming with no additional wagering requirements.
VIP Program

Program nova88mas VIP is activity-based — every bet you place automatically accumulates loyalty points. nova88mas VIP members enjoy a range of exclusive privileges, including higher deposit and withdrawal limits, enhanced cashback and rebate rates, a dedicated personal account manager, priority withdrawals, invitations to exclusive events, special birthday gifts, tailored reload bonuses, and early access to new promotions. This system is enabled by default for all accounts. You can manage these security settings under the account settings section after logging in. We recommend keeping your registered phone number active and up to date to ensure OTP codes are always delivered without interruption.

Why is nova88mas the Best Choice in Malaysia?

For many Malaysian players, choosing a trustworthy online betting platform is no easy task. There are plenty of platforms that look appealing on the surface but fail to deliver a genuinely satisfying experience once you're inside. nova88mas was built as the answer to that problem — a platform designed from the ground up with Malaysian players in mind, from convenient local deposit methods to customer support in Bahasa Malaysia.

One of the most common questions from new players is about the platform's trustworthiness and security. Nova88mas operates under a valid license and uses bank-grade security infrastructure to ensure all your personal data and financial transactions are fully protected. Our 256-bit SSL encryption ensures no unauthorized third party can access your information.

We also take responsible gaming seriously. nova88mas provides self-control tools that allow members to set deposit limits, betting limits, and cooling-off periods when needed. Our goal is to ensure every member plays within their means and enjoys the entertainment on offer without undue pressure.
